A soft cake with light red fruits is low in fat, no reason to deprive yourself! The fruits are directly incorporated into the dough to infuse all their flavors to this dessert.
- 5 egg whites

- 1 sachet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g frozen red fruits
- A pinch of salt
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Thaw your red fruits in a colander so that the water that releases the fruit is separate. Melt the butter.
