Ingredients:

  • 1 heart of artichoke
  • 4 basil leaves 1 tbsp. white cheese
  • 1 C. grated Parmesan cheese.

Preparation:

Cook the artichoke heart for 15 minutes in salted water, then drain it and allow it to cool.
Mix together artichoke hearts, basil leaves, cottage cheese and parmesan cheese.
Serve.
